Randy Williams' practice is focused on bankruptcy and creditors rights. Board certified in both Consumer and Business Bankruptcy by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Panel Trustee for the Southern District of Texas since 1991, serving as case fiduciary in over 14,000 cases. Receiver appointed by Federal and State courts. As fiduciary supervises accounting functions, employees, operations, professionals, records maintenance and review and regulatory compliance, including tax filings. Trustee for chapter 11 debtors, plan agent and liquidating trustee under confirmed plans of reorganization.
