Biography

Bridget is a native of Pearland and has over 24 years of legal assistant, trustee assistant, and paralegal experience. Bridget earned a Paralegal Certificate in 2018 and an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Alvin Community College, graduating cum laude in 2019.

The majority of her legal experience is in bankruptcy, with a focus on Chapter 7 administration. She also has experience with complex Chapter 11 cases, Subchapter V cases, and legal office management.

Bridget has been a member of local paralegal and national bankruptcy associations, and has been a mentor, presenter, and speaker at seminars throughout the country.

Bridget joined Byman & Associates in January 2025, and is pleased to be working “back home”.

Bridget has a 25-year-old daughter, Reese, who recently moved to Washington State and plans to spend as much time there as possible. In her down time, Bridget enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing, live music, and being near or on the water.
